Up for sale is an original production cel of Bebop from our beloved Turtles: The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Animated series.  The cel is in great condition, the only thing I can say is there is some paper residue stuck to the back of the character.  Most likely this was done in the studio because of storing issues and the paper stuck to the back of the cell.  There is no paint chipping on the cel itself.  The piece from the front looks absolutely perfect.  Once framed, no one will know about the back.  Piece measures 10.5 x 9 and comes un framed with COA.
