We offer free standard delivery with every order placed through our Ebay store. This will be through one of our delivery partners such as Royal Mail, Fedex and Hermes. In addition to our standard delivery; on certain products we offer premium 24 hour service at a small additional cost.

Due to charges passed on by our courier partners, some Highland & Island locations incur a surcharge. We will however always look to find you’re the cheapest option, so please do send us a message prior to placing your order if you have one of the following postcodes.

If you have changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return, we are happy to accept within 30 days of receipt. To do this, just follow the Return Request through My eBay and we will refund on receipt of the item. At present, we are only able to accept returns via post and not via our network of branches.

Items must be unused, unopened and with any seals still intact.

Very occasionally; despite our careful packing, items get damaged during transit. If this is the case, please ensure you check for any damage straight away and if needed contact our customer services team within 2 days of receipt. We will then work with you to rectify. Unfortunately if damage is reported after the 2 day period, we are unable to assist.
