For delivery for other areas before buying or making an offer, please ask for a quote so you're fully aware of the exact delivery cost, stating your postcode.

We organise deliveries on your behalf to most central parts of England usually £65 within 70 miles of our premises SG6 3BQ (excluding congestion areas. Closer destinations may be be less). One man kerb-side so help your end may be necessary. If you require two man delivery please ask us to quote. 

Our deliveries are carried out usually by couriers who we have used before, however, in the event they do not cover your area we usually book with Shipley.

FURNITURE/LARGE ITEMS - STORAGE COSTS ONCE BOUGHT!!

Large items bought but not collected, incur a storage charge of £20 per week after 7 Days.

The following are our conditions for returns. I am happy to offer full refunds,if the item differs significantly from the listing or is damaged whilst in transit. Returns accepted provided the item has not been washed and it still retains our security mark. Damaged in transit - please open the package and check the contents for any transit damage, notify us as soon as the item is delivered. Retain all packaging and send photos of the damage.    When the item is returned it will be inspected for our security mark, which must be there for a refund to be received. If washed the mark will be erased, so please do not wash it.  

BUY IT NOW ITEMS - if the buyer decides they wish to return the goods which comply with the description given, (changed their mind) the postage costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. The returns process must be commenced no more than 14 days from the sale date. If outside of this period returns will not be allowed.
