Our Grey Collection is new to the US market and rarer to find. It is designed to be darker with less light shining thru. It acquires its color by the greater amount of magnesium, sulfur and iron - as a result they hold the heat longer and tend to heat faster and hotter than their pink counterparts.
Called Black Himalayan salt , it is often used in authentic Indian cuisine.
