Emerson 12-inch Vintage desk/tabletop fan with 4 Brass Blades - Works.  Cord does have some cracking but is intact.  Cage of fan is approximately 12" across, depth approximately 10" and about 15 inches high when fan tilt is straight. Made in the USA, St. Louis Mo.
