INSTRUCTIONS: Plug it in, turn it on. If it boots to 79:04, pull the power cord (or use the hard switch), wait 15 seconds, then power it on again. Error 79:04 is a normal part of the pairing procedure.
Note: Used formatter boards will not work with the Designjet Z5400 plotter. When the formatter is installed it takes on the password from the plotter and cannot be made to work in another plotter. The LPS formatters have blank passwords until they are installed and work perfectly.
