U.S. SHIPPING
Shipping to the USA is by the United States Postal Service’s Media Mail
(or equivalent) with USPS Tracking, which includes delivery confirmation
(only available for U.S. shipments.)  

USA First Class Package
Rates are determined by weight AND zone, so there is no one rate for 
all areas.  13 ounces is the maximum allowed for First Class Mail, except 
up to 16 ounces may be purchased on line only.  First Class Mail is OK 
for CDs and 7” records, but 12” records are too heavy for this service.

USA Priority Mail
Rates are determined by weight AND zone, so there is no one rate for
all areas.  Priority Mail is much more expensive.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping to other countries is by the United States Postal Service’s First
Class Mail International.  Priority Mail International is an option.  The rates
are determined by weight AND zone, so there is no one rate for all areas.
ebay should calculate the rates for you.  If not, please email for the rates,
which include special mailer and packing material.

Import (or customs) duties, taxes and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price
or shipping charges.  Do not confuse them with additional shipping charges.  These
charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs
office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.  These
charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company when they
deliver the package or when you pick the item up from them.  Sellers/shippers are NOT
allowed to mark merchandise values below actual value nor mark items as "gifts" – US
and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.

GUARANTEE
The buyer agrees to contact us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise if
not satisfied with the item purchased, so we can make things right.  If the
item is, in any way, not as described, the buyer may return it, in the same
condition received, for a full refund, excluding only return shipping costs.
If the problem was our fault, we will reimburse the buyer for all shipping costs.
Just contact us with the reason for dissatisfaction so we can give return
authorization and shipping address.  We try to be a fair and easy to deal with
seller who will do everything necessary to make all transactions happy and
