ABOUT YOUR PLANTS: If you order plants during spring or summer please unpack them immediately on arrival. Due to extreme heat that we have in different states during summer we recommend you remove your plants from packaging, water and leave in a sheltered area and re-pot any plant/s you had received from us on these seasons and plant them on during cooler season we recommend the best time to do your planting is during Autumn. Note: Plants in tube fertilize 2 weeks after re-potting, if bare rooted fertilize 2 months after re-potting. Fertilize by spring or summer when heat come to 21 degrees centigrade plus. Plants received during autumn or winter you can place them immediately to your garden and water well or re-pot them (We recommend 125mm(5") or 150mm(6") pots) for next autumn planting. Any form of gardening patience is the virtue.

Due to large number of orders received often and different sizes of plants we used very strong durable mailing bags and padded bags for packaging with shredded papers and newspapers as protection. All plants are packed in moist papers, plants in tubes and pots are all packed in moist papers, stakes for plants that needs staking, wrap in cardboard and finally sealed in plastic bags. If any damage happened on transit please notify/report as soon as possible via email. PLEASE NOTE: We are not accredited to send plants to Western Australia and Tasmania.
