Pacific Rim #1967 Electric Light Ceramic Dr. Halloween Village.

In very good condition, no chips or cracks. The blues bulb in the inside is out.

Measures 9” tall, 7” wide and 6 1/2” deep.

I’m not sure if it’s supposed to flicker or not like others, but it doesn’t. Maybe with a new blue bulb it would ?? I don’t know, but it does light up.
