Issue Notice:

On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of Lao-China diplomatic relations, Laos Post is issuing two "Laos-China High-Speed Train Line" stamp series.
The two countries have agreed to build the high-speed line between the capital Vientiane and the small town of Boten on the border with China.
Construction began in 2016 and the China - Laos rail link will start operating in December 2021.
The new issue of the Souvenir Sheets (A72-E72) consists of a red overprint (2 lines above the stamp image and a red imprint of the year 2021 in the stamp image) on MiNo. A72-E72 (1976)
Due to the storage of the sheets that were issued 45 years ago at the Laos Post, almost all overprint sheets have more or less strong foxing and storage marks!
