Issue Notice:
- On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of Lao-China diplomatic relations, Laos Post is issuing two "Laos-China High-Speed Train Line" stamp series.
- The two countries have agreed to build the high-speed line between the capital Vientiane and the small town of Boten on the border with China.
- Construction began in 2016 and the China - Laos rail link will start operating in December 2021.
- The new issue of the Souvenir Sheets (A72-E72) consists of a red overprint (2 lines above the stamp image and a red imprint of the year 2021 in the stamp image) on MiNo. A72-E72 (1976)
- Due to the storage of the sheets that were issued 45 years ago at the Laos Post, almost all overprint sheets have more or less strong foxing and storage marks!
