USA Scott #495, 506 & 557 stamps tied by New York double-oval registry handstamps on commercial registered cover sent on May 5, 1923 to (Kasrmut?) Raab in Cracow, Poland with appropriate backstamps. Scarce commercial usage of the 4 cent coil and mixed usage of the 1917 and 1922 issues.
Sent 1923, opened cleanly at right, bottom and small part top, some general wear & toning. Fine condition.
