The 18k new white gold frame with all full cut F, VS diamonds and hinged bale. Top is from the Peter Suchy workshop. Very rare for a cabochon stone to be made out of this material. 33 round diamonds approx. total weight .35cts. 1 oval sapphire approx. total weight 5.28cts. Stamped 18k. 3.5 grams. 1 x 9/16 inch.
