6) RETURNS/CANCEL POLICY

Our service is prepaid therefore we DO NOT offer returns / refunds / exchanges / or cancellations once activated.
7) ACTIVATION:        

A) Sim card MUST be activated by US (this seller). Activation instructions come with the SIM card. Please note that after you have received the SIM card, it MUST be activated by US (this seller). If you had it activated by any other means (calling T-Mobile, visit T-Mobile website or App, Phone Menu, going to a store & etc.), you would have to pay the full price ($15-$70) and this offer would be voided. You CANNOT have the SIM card activated somewhere else and then ask us to funded for you. Only through us, you get the discount!   


B) A new number will be issued by system with your ZIP CODE. You may choose your area code (if available) but not the number.  This number CANNOT be changed, transferred or placed under another account or replace with your old phone number for 45 days from the date of activation, because it will cause a service interruption and refill failure, you will LOSE your old phone number if you do so. Please do not try to manage account or change PIN for 45 days from the date of activation, you may forfeit your plan if you try to change it.

C) No return or refund if the SIM card has already been activated.

D) We ship SIM cards inactive. If you want us to activate your SIM card before shipping (you will not get a full 30 or 60 day service in this case), you MUST buy a tracking number.

E) The sim only work with phone, doesn't work with other device.

Activation Hours :

1) Must visit our website or message us to activate your sim card, do not try to activate it by any other means.

2) We work 7 days a week, including holiday. if you submit between 8am - 6pm pacific time, it will be activated same day, it may takes 15 minutes to 2 hours. If you submit after 6pm, it may activate same day or next day early in the morning.

3) You may schedule your sim card to be activated for a later date.

PLEASE NOTE:

1 - Requests received before and during these hours will be processed at sometime between these hours on a first come first served basis.

2 - Requests received after these hours will be processed next day.

3 - You will receive a confirmation message when your SIM card is activated. Please do not send multiple requests.

4 - If 2 hour has passed from the activation hours and your SIM card has not been activated, please send us a follow up message.

5 - Please do not send us your previously used SIM card number. It does not work and will cause a delay.  

6 - In rare cases, there may be a technical problem that prevents us to activate your SIM card during these hours. In such cases, we will communicate it to you and will process your request as soon as the issue is resolved.


7) If you have your own NEW T-Mobile SIM card (T-Mobile compatible SIM card will not work) we can activate it for you. Please buy (select Local Pickup) at checkout and send us the SIM card number.

8) customers may notice speeds lower than other customers and further reduction if using >50GB/mo., due to data prioritization.  Video typically streams on smartphone/tablet at DVD quality (480p)
