SHIPPING & HANDLING – As it states – these fees are for shipping and handling costs. All auctions sell for one flat price, and all store items are based on cost. Both auctions and store items ship eBay standard if under $20 and USPS first class for all over $20. All international items ship via eBay. If you disagree with the cost of shipping and handling – do not bid/buy.
