Once you have placed your order you will need to send us the wording you would like on your design using one of the following options:

eBay Message - Once you have placed your order send us a message using the message to seller section on your purchase screen.
Option Three:
Email - You can send us your wording and photo over to our email address:
This option is ideal for sending your photos and wording as it means no resolution is lost when sending it over to us.
IF NO NAME IS PROVIDED WE WILL SEND YOU A MESSAGE REQUESTING THIS INFORMATION,
THIS MAY DELAY THE PRODUCTION OF YOUR ORDER.

Once we receive your order we will get your order produced and sent out for you.
Your order will be produced and sent out within 1-2 working days of receiving your order. ( Monday - Friday )
Your order will be sent out using one of the following services:

Upgraded Postage - Royal Mail 24 - Upgrade available at checkout - Delivery Aim: 1-2 Working Days
Once your order reaches this stage no alterations can be made.
No, we do not provide a proof of the design for our gift products as standard, if you would like one please
just let us know when you place your order.
Once you have placed your order, we will produce your order within 1-2 working days, your order will be sent out using the chosen postage service, with the standard service taking 2-3 working days to arrive.
