The kids cardigans are machine knitted and hand embroidered by a local mothers group in Lima Peru. The design's are often based on nursery rhymes and other traditional child favourites. There is Cinderella, Little red riding hood, peppa pig as well as firemen, planes and cars just to name a few of the design's. The cardigan's start from ages 6-12 months and progress onto 1-2 years, 2-3, 3-4 and finish at 4-5 years. We make the cardigan's with 100% Acyrilic so as to make them much easier to clean and maintain. With embroidered animals, flowers and more, your child will love talking about the different characters! The needlework often features scenes from everyday Peruvian life, the Sun represents the warm dry climate and symbolises comfort and promise. Features zip fastening for ease, a hood for extra warmth and 2 pockets for little precious treasures.
