Place your order via the eBay listing selecting the design you would like from one of our many money box designs, remember if you wish to update your postage to a faster service then this can be done at the checkout page. 
 
Our standard service used for our money box designs is: Royal Mail 48 - which takes approx 3-5 working days to arrive. 
 
Our current production time frames are as follows:
Orders Placed Monday - Friday - Produced and despatched within 24-48 hours.
Orders placed Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays - Produced and despatched within 72 hours. 

Step Two

-Send Us Your Personalisation -

Option One:
Message To Seller - You can send us your personalisation by entering it in the message to seller section at the checkout screen. - Don't forget to click save- 

Option Two:
eBay Message - Once you have placed your order send us a message using the message to seller section on your purchase screen.
                             
Option Three:
Email - You can send us your wording and photo over to our email address:   




This option is ideal for sending your photos and personalisation as it means no resolution is lost when sending it over to us.
DO NOT SEND US A PHOTO IF ONE IS NOT SHOWN ON YOUR CHOSEN DESIGN.

- Production and Shipping -

Once we have received your personalisation for your design, we will get your money box design created and ready to send out.

Our current production time frames are as follows:
Orders Placed Monday - Friday - Produced and despatched within 24-48 hours.
Orders placed Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays - Produced and despatched within 72 hours. 

If you require your order by a specific date we will strive to accommodate this request.

Your order will be sent out using one of the following services:

Available Postage Upgrades :

Will I receive a proof before you produce my design?
No, you will not be sent a proof of your design before it is produced so please ensure you check your personalisation before sending it to us as we will produce the design as provided by you.
 
How Long will it take to receive my order?
Once you have placed your order we will send your order out in accordance with our current production time frame:

Yes, we do offer RUSH service for our designs, please contact us before placing the order to ensure we can accommodate your time frame, and advise you on the best service to opt for.

Can I return my order?
No, we do not accept returns on our products as they are personalised and custom created just for you. 
If your order has arrived damaged or there has been an error, please get in contact.
