Issue notice:
  • MiNo. 514A-516A were already withdrawn shortly after issue. According Laos Post hitherto only about 100 sets were delivered or sold.
  • The canceled sets (200 sets) were sold all normal at the post switch.
  • Contrary to the listing at Michel Catalogue, the "MINT NEVER HINGED (MNH)" Sets are traded with 250 to 400 euros, depending on the quality.
  • Scott lists the "MINT NEVER HINGED (MNH)" set at 250 US dollars!
