Dog Puppy Rain jacket Rain Coat Clothes Waterproof Medium Size Hooded.

Purchased this for my 70 lb lab and it was way too small. Labeled as a 3xl size but I would say it would fit a 30-40lb midsize dog.

Total length of coat neck to end is 20” not including the hood. Total around the chest is 23”.

Coat has reflected, stripes as well.
