EXPEDITION

The item is shipped in original packaging with a receipt. On request it is possible to request an electronic invoice as an alternative to the receipt (to be communicated before the item is shipped).

For the electronic invoice, you must provide us the recipient code (SDI) and/or the PEC address for electronic invoicing.

For foreign, ship is made by Italian post office, by international registered letter, with the fees charged according to the weight of the package and destination of country

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS 

Changes and returns must be authorized by us and that must be received whiten 14 days since delivery, the original packs and any regular tag attached to the object. 

Shipping and a new expedition shall be payed by buyer.
The buyer can decide to bring, in change, the same object (if it's possible) or a coupon with the same price (excluding taxes of expedition) to use in our store whitin 3 months.

Al fine di assicurare una lunga durata e una resa ottimale del costume Arena, si consiglia di attenersi alle seguenti precauzioni:

• risciacquare immediatamente dopo l'uso con acqua non clorata;
• non riporre il costume da bagno ancora umido per periodi prolungati in sacchetti o altri contenitori chiusi;
• non lasciare il costume da bagno ancora umido sotto i raggi diretti del sole all'interno di sacchetti o altri contenitori chiusi;
• lavare con detergenti per capi delicati;
• lasciare asciugare naturalmente, lontano da fonti di calore.

Seguire le indicazioni di lavaggio riportate sull'etichetta del prodotto.

L'etichetta riporta i simboli di manutenzione molto utili per la cura del capo acquistato.
