Austrian postcard used as a Marine Feldpost / military, soldier-sailor's mail from WWI Austrian Navy warship SMS Trabant . A bit worn, as per scan, Bedarfserhaltung / Commercially used condition. With KuK Marinefeldpost Pola CDS and ship's cachet. While landlocked since the end of WWI, at this point in time Pola was the Austrian Empire's largest seaport, receiving the city as part of the Congress of Vienna after the fall of Napoleon. It is now Pula, Croatia.
