Polar Lights - Speed Racer Mach V (SNAP it) - 1:25 Scale Model Kit - POL981M. My kids took the pieces off of the racks but never put the car together, it is complete the stickers have never been removed from the paper the windows are still attached to the original plastic rack. They basically opened it and decided it was too hard to put together and gave up haha.
