This is an adorable vintage Minnie Mouse blanket. It measures 90" x 72". It has care tags, but no branding tags, so I don't know who made it. It is 65% polyester and 35% acrylic. It has a few spots on it that might be able to wash out, but I didn't try. It also has some wear on one corner. See pictures.
