This is an antique Leonard's Polar King ice box. The decal on the front is quite worn but the emblem on the back states patent years of 1911-1919, there is also an emblem from the John Breuner Furniture Company that was established in Sacramento, CA in 1856, it moved a couple of times before closing in the 1970s. This ice box is solid oak wood although it does appear to have water damage, as shown. The bottom latch needs to be reattached to its door. On either side are two bottle openers: a Coca-Cola Star X that is very rusted and a Wilton "seeing double" face that also has obvious signs of wear from age, usage, and storage. This ice box is good bones for a restoration project, I have seen interesting examples of such online. Some people have turned them into mini bars. It measures approximately 42.5" tall, 27.5" wide, and 17.25" deep.

I don't enjoy saying this, but due to a few bad apples almost spoiling eBay for all of us, a seller must protect themselves as well--especially on the higher-dollar items, so the ice box’s information is logged, and “mapped" (fully—inside and outside) with detailed pictures, in the event a return is attempted with a different ice box, or a part is changed or removed.
