Whiteside Machine's stile and rail router bit sets cut both the interlocking joint edges and the raised panel grooves in one pass on each piece. Ball bearing guides control the cutting depth and allow use on rounded, arched, or specially-shaped doors. Ideal for use on 5/8" - 7/8" stock. Rubber space balls center the panel in the frame and expand and contract with it to help prevent the glue joints from cracking. Includes Whiteside's 6002 2-pc. Ogee profile stile and rail router bit set and a 100-pk. of space balls. Bits feature 1/2" shanks. .
