All of our gemstones are natural 'mined from the earth' genuine stones unless VERY specifically noted in the auction title. 

We guarantee that our items will appraise at the appraised value we provide or higher, or 105% your money back! Appraisal must be done within 7 days of receiving the item by a certified independent Gemologist (IE: Not a jeweler or jewelry store because there may be a conflict of interest)

RETURN POLICY:

We accept authorized returns for refund within 7 days after receipt of parcel and the re-stocking fee of 10% will be deducted. The shipping and handling charges paid are not refundable.

We accept no responsibility for shipping errors related to incorrect shipping addresses, local taxes & agreements reached between the buyer & Post Office or FedEx to forgo the provision of a signature on delivery.

PAYMENT POLICY: 

After your auction is over, you will receive an invoice from us. We firmly recommend for maximum delivery speed and your convenience that payment be made via Pay Pal. Our payment is expected within 7 days of auction end. If payment is not received, your item may be re-listed. We strictly abide by the e-bay Non-Paying Bidder Program.
