DISC ONLY.  Does not come with jewel case or artwork inserts.  Disc will ship same or next business day.  Shipped using stamps and a tracking number will not be provided on disc only.  This is an original disc and not a copy which will be shipped without the original case or any artwork inserts it originally came with.
