Description
The VH-10 is a V hi-hat that can be played like an acoustic drum hi-hat by adopting a floating structure in which a single cymbal pad moves up and down when operated by a pedal.
Attached to a hi-hat stand for acoustic drums, the motion sensor unit located under the cymbal senses the vertical movement of the cymbal when the pedal is depressed.
The lightweight, thin frame reproduces the natural sway of the hi-hat when struck, and enables smoother open/close operations.
Corresponding to the different strikes of bow and edge, the sound faithfully reflects the position and strength of the shot, as well as the opening/closing of the pedal and the timing. It has a performance feel similar to that of an acoustic drum.
