FABULOUS FLOWER BUD BROOCH MULTI-COLOR ENAMEL & FINE DIAMONDS 18KT GOLD ESTATE Gorgeous and very fine, large vintage 18K Gold Brooch of exceptional quality, exceptional style and exceptional workmanship, probably dating to circa: 1980's.  The large 18K Gold Flower Bud Brooch Pin depicts a sensuous pear shaped closed flower bud.   The large bud and part of the single leaf are beautifully hand enameled in green, yellow and red enameling. The base of this flower bud and between the compressed flower petals are all pave diamonds set with exceptional matched round  diamond stones.. There are a total of 59 (Fifty-Nine) round color matched very fine brilliant diamonds set with an approximate total weight of 1 1/2 carats TDW...Note the serrated edges on the stem and leaf with realistic coloration throughout the bud.. The Flower Bud, stem and leave are graceful and realistic.  The Flower bud head is three-dimensional with graceful conturing..   The 18K Gold Flower But Brooch measures 2.0" in long by 2 1/4" across (with leaf) by 1.0" deep..  Is marked 18K on the clasp.  The Brooch has good heft with an approximate weight of 26.5 grams. This exceptional brooch looks to be made in Italy with stunning craftmanship with locking double pin closure mechanism for easy and safe wear..
