SHIPPING & HANDLING

Items will ship within 3 business days. We ship packages Monday - Friday, no holidays. 

Shipping is calculated based on weight and dimensions. Shipping is via USPS or UPS Ground. Shipping can be combined if purchases can be safely combined into one box.  All packages are shipped with tracking and insurance. Delivery times quoted are only estimates.

REFUNDS& RETURNS

If you have an issue with an item received, please contact us. Partial refunds are not given. Item must be returned for refund. If the item arrived broke, keep all packaging, send pictures of item and package. The post office will require to see all original packaging materials and box. You may be required to take item and packaging to the post office.
