We ship worldwide using  DRAGON COURIER  as an Express carrier taking 4 - 6 days to reach your home. Phyto cert is given as no charge.  Ship from Thailand

One box can contain 1 - 5 plants with flat rate 95.00 US$  for 1st item plus US$8.00 for every additional items. in a box size 22 x 35 x 14 cm. Ship cost rate is based on volume size and included import duty. 

Any order more than 12 plants, please send us import permit and green label.   

Hawaii and Alaska State, note to up charge US$25 per shipment for special fee by plant inspectors. Canada, note to up charge 10$ per shipment.

*Shipment : Only paid purchase would be shipped out. All plants will be shipped bare root with sphagnum moss, without soil or pot.

We ship worldwide but no longer ship to Taiwan and Australia. We ship your plants with special export packing and special secure boxes.

*Phytosanitary certificate : We will provide as a compliment, no any extra charge. The Phytosanitary certificate would be attached outside the box

so that you will not have problems with your customs.

*Refund / Replacements : We are willing to refund or send replacement items, but need evidence of photo for approval. Replacements would be made

without extra charge. Refund would be made only plant cost, excluding ship cost. We entertain claim only once per order.

*Packing Options : All plants are taken care with our best and default packing method. To apply with almost all of plants species, we shipped bare roots

with sphagnum moss covering to decrease the dehydration and keep moist to plans roots properly. Be sure that your plants are in right process of best packing

and in good hands of high experienced person in charge. Since we are aware that packing is the most important factor to delivery plant to you in best conditions,

we therefore monitor and pay full attention to our packing works carefully. You can trust in our services. 

To ensure you that plants have been shipped out, we will always send you a message to keep you informed when the shipment is made and what tracking

number for your package is. However, please understand that it is out of our control for transit time of package since each countries have different

post regulation and different delivery process.
