Black shoulder holster with shoulder strap. Has tab with snap that would go across revolver. Leather is somewhat stiff, but with some oil it is still very usable. Shoulder strap is broken from holster.  Could be law enforcement, military, government bureau holster.  * inches long, 5 inch opening.
