- Step One
Place your order via the listing on ebay, selecting your required option from the drop-down menus.
Once you have selected your required options you will need to send us the personalisation you would like on your design. ~
You have two options to do this :
Option One:
Leave us the personalisation on the message to the seller section at checkout. (Don't forget to click save)
or
Option Two:
Send us a message via eBay messages with your personalisation included.
Please note that we will use all personalisation as provided so please ensure you check your personalisation to ensure that the wording provided is exactly what you wish to have on your design.
- Step Two:
We will get your design created and sent out for you. We aim to get all orders created and sent out within the following time frame:
Monday - Friday - 24 - 48 hours (The same day if your order is placed before 11.30 am)
Saturday - Sunday & Bank Holidays - All orders placed over a weekend or on a bank holiday will be created and shipped on the next working day.

FAQ:
No, we do not send proof for our mug designs unless once is requested. - Please note if a proof is requested we will not be able to keep to the same delivery time frames as an order that does not have a proof.
Once you have placed your order we aim to get your design created and sent out within 24-48 hours of the order being received.
