Vintage 1988 GI JOE BLIZZARD v1 100% Complete With File card ARAH Hasbro Toy. Only issues, with anything in this set, is that there is an elbow crack on the right arm, and a tiny jack on bottom of one ski. Aside from those, there are no other marks on anything.
