Good. Good binding, appears to be all original. There is one page that has a small tear (1/2" long) along lower edge that appears to be professionally repaired with tranparent tape.
Inside front are notes from a previous bookseller comparing this edition to the first edition of 1694, and with other notes about this particular edition (see photograph).

This gem of a book, is written by the highly Holder, noted for his work in music theory and in phonetics. This book was high respected in its day and years afterward, and is a scholarly treatment of the physical and mathematical principles of music based upon the then known scientific information of the day.
