We are offering this old genuine goldstone brooch.  It is a lovely oval stone with brilliant flecks in it.  The gold filled setting has a twisted rope design.  

It looks like the pin on the backside has been modified/repaired.  It is completely functional as it is.  

The pin measures 1.25 inches long by 1 inch wide.  Most definitely a handmade piece of jewelry.  The goldstone has a nice bevel cut edge, with no damage.  

We have not tried to polish the metal.  

A fine old piece to add to your collection.
