Vintage Charlie M Roberts Nude Female Figure Sketch, Framed Original Art Drawing.

This listing is for a very nice nude figure drawing by the artist Charlie M Roberts. It is one of a large number of works (both unsigned like this one, and signed works) found loose in a sketchbook of his that I will be listing. It is a well-done piece, with great use of abstract lines to convey great detail. It is a neat piece also because it is done on multiple colors of colored pencil, adding a near pre-mcm/ expressionist /impressionistic look to the piece. I believe based on the sketchbook they were in that this piece was made roughly in 1949-the mid 50s, but it may be older. It comes framed as shown, without matting. The frame is a good display frame, but the buyer may wish to upgrade it. It is in good condition, with no tears, stains, or wrinkles to the paper. The work is not faded at all, though the paper has some color aging. It is a great piece for decor in the home, office & more. Great for display, collectors, gifting, etc.
