Brassolaelia Estrella Gaucha 'Peloric'. This plant is flowering size, in an artistic bamboo boat hung up by wire which can be hooked into a mesh wall. It is very healthy and has many new roots growing out.

It is a unique cross between a Brassavola tuberculata and Laelia purpurata. Flowers will most likely be a starry shape, with a rounded lip. Colour will most likely be white petals and purple lip due to the Laelia purpurata parent. It should have medium sized flowers. Possibly scented, as both parents have scent.

It is an epiphytic or bark-media growing plant. It will grow best with medium to high humidity and medium water (3-5 days/week) with diluted fertiliser, half strength fertiliser is good, can be watered with plain water too. Will be a temperate to warm grower. Needs shade or at least protection from harsh afternoon sun. Can be grown in a greenhouse in the backyard.
