If there is a problem on receipt of your item PLEASE contact me through the Ebay messaging system before leaving a NEUTRAL or NEGATIVE feedback or LOW RATED STARS, I am always willing to help resolve a problem.

In the rare event of a lost or broken item I will assist you in any arising claim with the Post Office. PLEASE contact me immediately through the Ebay messaging system but please note the Post Office dose not class a parcel as lost until 15 days after posting for UK and 25 days for overseas. If an item is broken in transit  most importantly please retain the damaged item , box and all packaging as they will be required by the Post Office for any claim payment.
