Made of foam, not metal. It's a stunt prop!

It's a pretty well made. Looks realistic.

I got this weapon prop along with dummy pistol and rifle bullets, all used in Black Adam.

They were acquired by someone who bought a large lot of props (in the hundreds) in a prop auction and Black Adam props were among them. None of the items they received came with COA's and even though I'm a prop store myself, I don't make my own certificates.
