This is from my Grandpa's record collection. He always took great pride in, and care of, his collection. Record(s) may need a gentle cleaning. Record is untested by me. All 45's are sent in an 8" x 8" cardboard mailer with a "Fragile Handle with Care" label. Condition: Record is very good plus. The label is very good. Sleeve is good plus. "Mattison" and "R-" are written in pen on the center label. I have other 45's LP's and box sets. I often add new ads. Come in and check it out. Keep checking back.
