A nice looking bottle in super clean condition. IPECAC was a plant root that was used in homeopathic or alternative medicine. For the most part It is not in use much today as it was found to be overall ineffective for how much work went into producing / compared to the results it achieved. Like many other products, sarsaparilla, vegetable compound, microbe killer, safe cure, most of these went by the wayside once the FDA got involved with regulating their use and theyare a thing of the past. A nice example of one here, check it out!
