We accept payments via PayPal & Bank transfer (please contact us for payment details). Payment shall be always received before the purchased items are sent. If you experience system problems while making the payment - please contact us.

We do not have possibility to accept Credit Card payments, but you can use PayPal to proccess credit card payment to us.

Economy postage is offered to buyers outside the EU. It is registered post office services with delivery time ranging from 1 to 4 weeks.
Standard postage is offered for all buyers - delivery by DPD, DHL or TNT with informative tracking information provided. This method takes about a week for EU buyers and 1-2 weeks for worldwide transactions.
Express postage option is usually offered for EU buyers and parcels will be delivered in one business day. Express delivery can be arranged for all buyers worldwide upon individual agreement.

For BUYERS OUTSIDE THE EU - please consider that Customs Import Fees will be charged by your country depending on item bought and its value. Please contact your customs office for more information.

We can still Change your chosen shipping method. This is usually applied to buyers from various islands and other remote areas.

If You are not satisfied with our transaction, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve all your issues.

If you are not happy with your item please return in the original packaging and with all tags attached within 30 days. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and packaging will not be refunded.

If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please return it to us within 30 days and we will give You a full refund or replacement. Including postage and packaging.

Please note that we don't process refunds until the item is sent back to us. As soon as we receive our item back, we will verify the secret marking and refund you asap. Buyer must CONTACT US before returning an item. Items must be returned in an original condition and packaging. All our items are securely or visibly marked and only those will be accepted back and refunded.
