Art Deco c. 30’s Repousse Lady’s Hand Holding Fan Blue Rhinestone Brooch. Chic 3D piece with a repousse fan held in a lady's hand. The gold tone finish is studded aqua blue, prong set rhinestones. The item is in good vintage condition without any rhinestone loss. Some wear can be found on the finish due to age.
