We take care when packing your purchases for dispatch. Each item is wrapped with soft tissue or bubble protection,
or packed in padded envelope or carton box to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition.

Dispatch will be within one working day and if possible as soon as the payment is cleared on the same day if before 3PM.
Most items are shipped by Royal Mail. Tracked or recorded delivery is suggested for high value purchases.

They can be returned providing they are in their original condition with tags / labels intact and original packing in place.We recommend that you return via recorded postal service. It is your responsibility to return items safely.
Once the item is returned in satisfactory condition, we will cancel the order and process a full refund.
