Two floors and an attic

All plywood in excellent shape from smoke free home. This includes all of the required doors and windows and well as the two dormers and the staircase, quite hard to find that staircase!

Issues are as follows the dormers one is missing the original package and the other has a tear in the package. The staircase with original box is included and complete BUT the staircase has already been stained dark color as seen in photos very nicely done. The only thing you will need to supply is roofing of your choice. The interior is ready for you to finish as you wish no interior doors are provided.The directions are included very easy to assemble
