SHIPPING

All orders shipped within the continental US will be shipped USPS First Class. All orders that cannot be shipped USPS will be sent via freight truck. Transit time for most domestic orders range from 1 day to 7 days depending on the distance from our shop.

DAMAGED/LOST ITEMS

If you receive cartons that are visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy. Once received, keep the original carton, all packing material and parts intact. Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving a damaged shipment, or as soon as you determine that a shipment is lost.

We make every effort to insure that your product arrives within a reasonable amount of time, usually three to five days. However, in the event of an error by the shipping company, we put a "tracer" on the package. The tracer will attempt to locate the order through the shipping company.

You may re-order the product and it will shipped again, however your credit card will be charged for the additional product, and refunded when it's confirmed that your original order was indeed lost by the shipper. If both the new and original arrive, all you need to do is ship back one of the orders and we'll refund the proper amount to your credit card.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us, please contact us to make a return within 15 days of purchase. You may arrange a return by calling us or email us. All returned merchandise must be new and resalable, in its original cartons with packing, accessories, guarantees and instructions. Any returns received without prior arrangements or for reasons other than defective or damaged products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
