These were our another variety of grapes that we grew this summer in our London garden.

We enjoyed eating them up until the point where the heavy rains and cold weather started so as we had plenty left we made some wine from the left over bunches.

Ideally they are table eating grapes

Very juicy and sweet and aromatic

About 2 carrier bags of grapes made 9 bottles of wine which have finished cutting the bunches and bottled our wine today 16/10 and I now have plenty of these seeds left over for anyone who would like to buy as it’s a shame to throw them away.

Photos are mine

So if anyone would like to grow their own grapes from seed and who has patience I will be happy to sell some as too many for us. So hope to share.

Winter hardy variety

Obviously have pips

Medium to large bunches and grapes

Dark purple dark blue skins white white flesh

The skins colour the wine when left to ferment

The colour of wine turns purple

Pop easily

Very juicy

Large Pearl grapes

Very sweet

Heavy cropping mother vine too

One of our best vines which also ripens earlier than the others by 2 weeks.

You can actually start eating from late July right up to end September depending on weather conditions and seasons we have.

We have been growing these vines for about 12 years in our London garden.

This is entailed with our apple tree and does well hidden under branches too so it doesn’t really need a lot of sun.

They always produce lots of bunches

But heavy rain in last few weeks and frost in spring reduced amount of crop but still happy with our 9 bottles of this variety.

They are perfect table eating grapes but an abundance left over at the end of the season was made into wine so can be either if you want.

Ripen and are ready to cut beginning of July but we left them on to get bigger juicier and sweeter to make wine.

Juicy

The perfect grape for eating

We began cutting them in July

Nice matured excellent quality seeds ready to plant.

They will take time to germinate and in spring the tiny shoots will appear

I also have many other grape varieties and will list others too, I have merlot, Sauvignon, Pinot noir, trollinger Humber and many more. Please see other listings.

I will also list UnRooted cuttings that are available from December/January if you would like to buy an Unrooted cane cutting stem and grow that way instead when we prune this vine.

Success in germinating seeds successfully is buyers responsibility and I can not be held responsible as numerous factors need to be taken into consideration which are out of my control.
