PVC corrugated roofing sheet fixing kit, 100 screws with 100 hinged flexible plastic sealing washers with clear (transparent) cover caps (total 200 items).  Also available in packs of 10, and packs of both 10 and 100 with black instead of clear caps.

Screws are Pozi round head no.10 x 2" (4.8 x 50mm).  You thread the screw through the washer part of the cap, then snap the cover cap into place over it providing a watertight seal so the screws don't rust.  The flexible plastic allows you to tighten down on the sheets without cracking them.
